Call for sessions: Opens on July 1st, closes on September 12, 2024.- Call for papers and Workshops: Opens on October 3rd, closes on October 29th, 2024.
- 📢 Deadline extension: New papers and workshops submission deadline is November 24th.
- Paper/workshop review period: November 25th – December 13th.
- Bursary application period: November 16th – January 15th.
- Decision on papers: January 31st.
- Decision on workshops: February 7th.
- Decision on bursaries: February 15th.
- Published schedule: February 20th.
Registration
- Early registration: Starting February 10th till March 9th.
- Late registration: Starting March 10th till April 25th.
