Presentation Guidelines

All oral presentations at the conference will follow a standard slide-based format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF, or equivalent). Each presenter is allotted a 15-minute time slot. Overall in each session around 2 minutes per presentation are considered as Q&A and transition times.

To ensure smooth transitions between talks and to keep the schedule on track, we kindly ask all presenters to:

  • Prepare slides that fit within the 15-minute limit.
  • Avoid complex media setups unless previously discussed with the session chairs/organizers.
  • Bring presentations on a USB drive or have them accessible via cloud storage.
  • Get in touch with their session chairs at the conference to properly prepare for the session.
    • Copy their presentation to the session hall’s computer before the session begins.
